These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Onixlab LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a design and development agency based in Wyoming, United States. By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
Onixlab LLC provides design, development, branding, and related digital services. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow, you agree to:
Provide accurate information, content, and materials required to complete the project.
Review deliverables promptly and provide timely feedback.
Make payments on time as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

3. Payments & Billing
Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice.
Work will only begin once an initial deposit (if applicable) has been received.
All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

4. Revisions & Approvals
Projects typically include a set number of revision rounds (as agreed in the proposal). Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges. Final approval from the client constitutes acceptance of the work.

5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. Please review this policy to understand eligibility and conditions for refunds.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed.
Onixlab LLC retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
All preliminary work, concepts, or unused designs remain the property of Onixlab LLC unless otherwise specified.7. ConfidentialityWe respect the confidentiality of your business information. Any materials, data, or information shared with us will only be used for the purposes of completing the project and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Onixlab LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we make every effort to ensure quality and accuracy, final responsibility for the use and implementation of deliverables rests with the client.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms
