Refund Policy

At Onixlab LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality design and development services. We want you to feel confident in working with us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Client Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the project, please notify our team through your active communication channel with us - Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email as soon as possible. We will review your concerns and attempt to find a solution that addresses the issues before considering a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund (100%): If you request to cancel the project before 30% of the work is completed, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs after 30% of the work is completed, a partial refund may be issued. The refund amount will be determined based on the proportion of work already completed and resources used.

No Refund: Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Project Delivery & Completion
A project is considered completed once final deliverables have been handed over or deployed, as agreed in the project scope. After this stage, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
